As a first step, we identified the strategic vision and developed a comprehensive roadmap detailing quick win use cases, foundational platform efforts, enterprise data warehouse consolidation, and change management workstreams.
With the plan in place, our team worked with the client to execute and build a solid foundation. We helped stand up and configure the Snowflake environment and built accelerators for data utilization across the organization. From there, we optimized and scaled the new data platform by ensuring proper adoption of Snowflake across new lines of business, migrating legacy data into the platform, and rolling out self-service capabilities and data governance models.
Lastly, we partnered on a managed support model to develop a next-gen data warehouse in Snowflake and implement data flows for real-time dashboard metrics.
